Circle Poke's website and online ordering run on the Y3ll0 restaurant platform. We use it to publish our menu, take orders, and run our rewards program.

Account details: your name, email address, and phone number if you create an account or place an order.

Order details: the items you order, pickup or dine-in choice, notes, and order history.

Rewards details: your points balance and activity if you join Circle Poke Rewards.

Messages: anything you send us by email, phone, or a form, such as a catering request.

Device and usage data: basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate region, collected through cookies and similar tools that keep the site working.

To take, prepare, and hand off your order, and to contact you about it.

To run Circle Poke Rewards and apply codes you enter at checkout.

To answer questions and catering requests.

To meet legal and accounting obligations.

When online payment is available, card payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe receives the payment details you enter and processes them under its own privacy policy. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

Service providers that help us run the site and orders, such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our guests, or our team.

We do not deliver food, so we do not share your information with a delivery service. If you order through a third-party platform, that platform's own policy applies.
