These terms apply when you use www.circle-poke.com and order from Circle Poke at 1000 Northside Dr NW #950, Atlanta, GA 30318. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Circle Poke offers pickup and dine-in at our single kitchen. We do not deliver. See Pickup & Ordering for how online orders work.

Menu items, descriptions, and prices may change and may contain mistakes. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price is wrong, or we can't prepare it, and we will contact you where we can. Taxes are added where they apply.

Our kitchen handles fish, shellfish, soy, wheat, eggs, sesame, and other allergens on shared equipment, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of an allergen. Tell the team about allergies before we prepare your food and confirm at pickup. Eating raw or undercooked seafood may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Ingredient lists on this site are a guide only and may change.

You are responsible for your account and for the information you give us. Rewards are governed by our Rewards Terms. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Do not misuse the site, interfere with it, try to access it without permission, or use it to break the law.

The Circle Poke name, logo, photos, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

The site and menu information are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Circle Poke is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your order, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
