Circle Rewards Terms

Effective September 11, 2026.

These terms cover Circle Poke Rewards. They are part of our Terms of Service.

Members earn 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible food, which is about 5% back.

Points are calculated on the food total after discounts and before tax and tip.

Points post after an order is paid. Until then they are pending.

Cancelled orders do not earn points. If an order is refunded, the points it earned are reversed.

200 points is worth $1 off. The minimum redemption is 200 points, and the maximum is $10 (2,000 points) per order.

Rewards are dollar credit only and apply to food, never to tax or tip.

Pending points can't be redeemed on the same checkout that earns them.

Rewards have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold. We may adjust points to correct errors, and may suspend or close accounts used for fraud or abuse. We may update the program or these terms, and will post changes here. Questions? info@circlepoke.com.
